Rasa macam dah lama fenomena pandan gula melaka ni, atau nama famous lain onde-onde cake. Masa di awal kemunculannya, tak silap dari baker IG cikkiah gitu.. Hihi.. Anda google la.. tak bape rajin nak berlink kan.. hihi :P

Since that day, ada menjadi kegilaan warga kota yang kecuurr air liur dok tgok di IG, boleh jilat skrin kan? :P hikss..

Jadi, saya ni dah jadi last minute orang yang mencuba resepi yang tengah 'in' sangat sekarang. Even ada juga yang dah outdated debab last year lagi dah muncul kek ni.

In personal note, saya cadangkan buat portion kecil².. buat dalam saiz cupcake is better. Just like they do it with frosting SMBC- swiss meringue buttercream. Belum ada masa lagi nak mencuba frosting ni disebabkan tooott.. hihi

toot is sharing and it's caring, do you get what I mean? hehe.. In my previous post I did mention why Im still looking another place and up until now, I still do. Belum ada lagi yang sesuai ataupun sudah mula peringkat 1st vacant sewakan to other vacant up to I don't know the cycle is. Sebab nilainya sewa rumah sudah jadi berganda.

Pandan Gula Melaka Bundt Cake

Oleh shidah ar {link}

Bahan- bahan

3 cawan          tepung gandum
1 cawan         gula pasir
1 sudu teh      baking powder
1/2 sudu teh   baking soda
1/2 cawan      santan
1/2 cawan      air pandan ( saya guna susu balance & blend dengan daun pandan )
1 sudu teh      pewarna hijau
1 cawan         mentega ( guna brand anchor )
2 sudu teh      esen vanila
4 biji              telur

Untuk sos karamel gula melaka

150g            gula melaka/nisae/nisang
1/3 cawan    mentega ( guna marjerin)
1/4 cawan    air
2 sudu teh    esen vanila

Cara membuat kek:

1. Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 165­­­­­ºC. Sapukan minyak dan tepungkan bundt pan atau guna canola spray (saya la tu).
2. Sukat tepung dan ratakan. Campurkan dengan rata bahan-bahan kering lain.
3. Dalam bekas adunan, pukul mentega dan gula hingga ringan dan gebu. Masukkan telur satu per satu bersama esen vanila. Pukul hingga sebati.
4. Boleh sambung guna pemutar atau  guna spatula. Masukkan bahan kering dengan bahagi kepada 3 adunan bersilang dengan adunan cecair ( santan, air pandan & pewarna)*
5. Tuang ke dalam bundt pan. Bakar selama lebih kurang 50-60 minit atau sehingga lidi dicucuk keluar dengan bersih. **

Nota:

*       Penyediaan bahagian cecair boleh blend sekaligus.

**     Selepas kek masak, buat lubang sedikit di bahagian tengah (bukan area lubang ). Kemudian tuang karamel ke dalam dan sekeliling. Biar sejuk sebelum dipotong.

Cara masak karamel: 

1. Potong atau hiris gula melaka supaya mudah larut bila dimasak.
2. Satukan semua bahan kecuali esen vanila di dalam kuali. Masak di atas api perlahan sehingga gula cair dan mula untuk karamel memekat.
3. Masukkan esen vanila dan kacau hingga sebati.

Rasa geli hati pun ada, bila dibaca balik post yang lalu. Nak gelak bab grammar terabur atau sebab hanya parcel yang tidak dihantar? haaa.. mana satu tu?

Semalam, satu hari jadi pelik sebab lepas kes report khidmat penghantaran barang tu, boleh kan tetiba esoknya pun ada parcel datang (hari semalam lah tu). Dengar juga sayup-sayup dari dalam bilik macam ada orang tekan doorbell tu.

Bila dah terlepas tu, kad cinta pun tak lupa nak lekat di pintu. Takut kesilapan berulang, kan malang tak berbau.. hehe.. Siap bagi note, "sudah call tidak diangkat dan tekan lonceng banyak kali!" hehe.. Malas nak layan diknonnn!! haha..

Musykil juga, kotla jadi prank dari dorang kan lepas report baik punya, daaang~ Nama pun dah kena marked! alamat rumah? memang kena marked jugak lah, haha!!

Tapi, I feel something in the future that insyaAllah alamat berbeza.. hehe.. Mohon doa jugaklah kat korang yang terbaca blog ni ke atau entry ni tolong doakan kami dapat rumah yang kami nak, tak macam kami nak pun yang decent house yang berbaloi nak disewa lah.. ok demand kat situ! haha..

10th January, I wish my baby sister will accomplished her missions here in the world also jannah and hereafter. Mission to be a great muslimah solehah. amin.

Ingat lagi waktu my mom struggling as a single parent. Masa tu my mom ada offer kursus wajib untuk kehadiran, macam-macam kursus kan cikgu kena pergi ikut kepakaran masng-masing. So that time takda sapa nak taking care of her to sent to school or to pick her up from school just like that as she went the same school with my mom.

I had to babysit her at my school. haha. No, I'm not bring her to my class either but ada entrepreneur's day that time. So nobody care about it, cause I'm handling a stall only with my friend. We only sell cendol and ABC that was a hit, cause the easy and cheap things also less cost. The most student will buy is satay. But I will not selling it, mahal kot cost dia.. bahan perapan lagi, kos nak sewa taak or else.. haa.. keuntungan ciput, the end of the day, the sales report went out. My stall that actually that nobody wants to participate had the most untung! haha..

Bolehlah.. my baby sister? she just sit and wait for me, if she is hungry, my other sister or brother picked her up to fill in. Ada masa susah juga, zaman sekolah yang agak susah for tujuh beradik like us with eldest still at the college with some kind of financial issues..

Jadi salah satu sebab juga kenapa masuk one of AAAA name.. haha.. you might guess it.. hehe.. it's totally free, from head to toe just your inner stuff. Gitulah ceritanya.. I like doing that kind of job, but I don't have heart to stay among the fighters eceehhh~ haha.. sekarang tinggal dua orang lagi yang masih meneruskan perjuangan. I wish them a good luck on their 2nd class oral. phewwwss~

okla.. terimbas kembali zaman jahiliah pulak.. haha..

Reporting that make you sick.. pt 1

It's been awhile since my last post, few things happen in my life literally that just made my personal history. Hell yeah, I can bake a good chocolate cake, chocolate moist cake or just anything with chocolate, I don't freak out. hehe.

So, some sort of it, you might be or you must be experiencing something bad services from any kind of provider that you hired. Such as an example for me that I always do is delivery service. Might be that the only day, it was his bad luck for the postman of P.

Well, usually I won't make it big, but might be it was my bad day too, with the bad timing after all. The delivery person end up not showing his body and my parcel in front of my door! He just called me for waiting at the godd**n door. Kind of pissed that day too.

Actually, it was a parcel of instant scarf only that I bought from Sechano. As I am leaving my husband's hometown, I decided that it had to deliver by courier.

When the parcel should have arrived on the that day, the guy had called me few times as the first, to ensure there is someone can receive the parcel. So then I just wait. The second call he mentioned about elevator services kind of interrupted might be off services, but then he continued that the elevator is ready to use.

The third call that really make me so disappointed on the dot. As he said, he just rang the doorbell, but no one opens the door. Oh wait, I said earlier on the phone I am at home. Just bell the door.

Believe it or not, the only appearance on my door was my neighbor's door too. lol. I just encounter back, call the number again but no. He just turned down my phone calls that for sure lead to my next action.

Last but not least, the sms from that guy, as he mentioned the parcel need to pick up at their branch. ok. fine. thank you.

Why just don't you call back for another 2nd chance delivery?

I have experience that not really good too. I did call them for second delivery and responded thru their customer service. In reality? No, as I ask the P guy when they sent another parcel on the next day, oh no that will not include as courier services just paid in one way only. whattaaafissshhh~

Ever since, I quite hesitate to use their services, but most of the online retailers using them as their premium courier.

I had a deep thought before throwing out this kind of report. Mixed feelings, worried bout their staff if they got sacked or even worst I will not getting any parcel after this. Haha, yeah, most probably it could happen.

But, the uttermost is, to inquire as why on earth such event had happened? You just need to send the parcel on my front door. That is. I even can't think to consider what going on or is he in real trouble? But on the next actions was the lead to send the report.

Why did you turn down my phone calls? I was worried. Either he was in the front door of wrong levels or you just standing on the lobby, pretended he already standing in front of the door? daaangg..

All of my curiosity, CCTV on my apartment will answer. I won't do that. because it's only a courier company that deliver only ONE piece of INSTANT SCARF!!

Devil's Food Chocolate Cake (DFCC)

I didn't know that I have a lot of pictures and recipes to share. Almost in the storage, with no pending post to update. hehe.

Alhamdulillah, yesterday was our 4th Anniversary. I have no more word for anything else, I am grateful for a tiny to the biggest thing happens in my life. I couldn't ask more.

By the way, few days before around on this week or last week. I've been survey on Lazada's site for window shopping online and for sure to mark wishlist. That time, I had use my hub's laptop and it's just for marking really.

As usual, Lazada always had a code for discount right? but, I accidentally pressed express checkout, and it's considered bought with notification on my husband's phone that he's on his phone playing candy crush that time! haha.. sorry and thanks love! :P

Here it is, a beautiful bundt pan now is my new toy!

So, back to square again, yesterday, I baked a chocolate cake, that I try to google for trust able recipes. I think chocolate cakes are really good with sour cream or buttermilk. It came out from the pan in success!

I had a little taboo on chocolate cake, so this is so great recipe with high successful outcome. Please try it out! This is something to die for, and worth a try for not so beginner like me.


Devil's Food Chocolate Cake by Martha Stewart { link }
about 12 servings

Ingredients

for cake;

1 1/2   cups   unsalted butter at room temperature (extra for pans)

1         cup     unsweetened cocoa powder ( using Hershey's)

1         cup     boiling water

1         cup     sour cream (using milk+ vinegar/lemon )

3         cups    all purpose flour **

1         tsp      baking powder **

1         tsp      baking soda

1/4      tsp      salt

2 1/4   cups   sugar ( use 2 cups only )

4         large   eggs

1         tbs      vanilla extract

1 1/4   cups   mini chocolate chips

** I am using self raising flour, no need baking powder, just add in baking soda 

Directions:

1. Pre- heat oven at 162°C ( depends on your oven ). Line your pan with butter and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk boiling water into cocoa powder until smooth. Whisk in sour cream.
3. Large bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
4. ( We did manually on this) Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in eggs, one each at a time and beat until incorporated then beat in vanilla extract.
5. Then, add in flour mixture in three additions, alternate with cocoa mixture. Beat until combined.
6. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour in your lined pans.
7. Bake about 1 hour to extra 30 mins or until your deep stick came out clean. hehe

Glaze is depend on you, but I'd just put icing sugar on top!

House hunting

I have been so lazy to being so attached on pc and more frequent on phone which is no good at all.

Yes, you read me right. Means, you don't do other things. Bad!

This quick update, as everyone knows that, nowadays is not a good thing on invest with loan. Invest is good but not with credit.

As for now, "house to rent" A4 signs are everywhere in Labuan. Most of the contract OnG workers has been terminate half and still on going for next quarter. There are couple of months before end of year, but so many people are jobless now.

For rental business seems slowing down, they can't offer higher rate like early this year.

Just pray hard we can found affordable ones, suit for both of us. We just want a landed home with some spaces for greens, parking and what not, can welcome our guest at any time.

Weekend do what?

This is the one I want to keep for myself. Yesterday I was Moody. Whining all over myself. Yes, on myself only.

Kind of disappointment, when a conversation turns awkward. They are nice people but for some reasons I am offended.

I have a deep thought, take one step behind. What's on my mind that time, that I had realized, time is changing, people might change and people do stay still too.

Ahh.. Forget about it. It's not worth to feel upset about it. Life must go on.

Which the current situations is the most desperate to sell or promote their unit is agent/broker/ or third party.

Lebih teruk dengan keadaan ekonomi sekarang,  kebiasaannya memang akan call agent, budget ciput memang nan hado depa nak reply balik.. senyap sunyi.. poyo tau! haha.. sekarang ni memang laju je kalau kita try call or SMS tanya ada rumah kosong.

so, prefer rumah partially furnished kalau boleh.. tak kuasa nak membeli perabot bagai as we target to stay here for at least three years or vice versa. When ever come first priority at that time. easy.

As the house we are living in now, it's quite complicated. It is sharing-basis term even there are other families or a couple. Please don't imagine, as myself to explain to others pun quite hard. The concept of sharing not applied for all people, only for certain persons who really dare to do it.

Banyak sebab lah, paling utama bab aurat sebab rumah pun share with other couple and families. Kaki pun aurat juga dan diorang tu bukan muhrim, so it is enough to stay for a year by now. The right time to move out.

Tak sangka tercerita juga kat sini, sebab nak cari rumah yang sesuai sangat susah dan sangat mahal! Doakan kami dapat rumah sesuai dengan harga berpatutan.

p.s Kesian kat pokok tak boleh nak rehat as our verandah is always have a light. So they are not having a rest a all! :(

😛 weekend's wedding!

Assalamualaikum dan hai,

Back in the island of Labuan, it was very hectic weekend! But so many people we met at last in a not so coincidence la.. Coz last time in my wedding, peluang nak kenalkan family semua tu kureng sikit.. Hihi..

Kali ni xda pengantin outfit, mostly dah kenalkan husband into my extended family belah arwah ayah.. Hihi.. Lebih santai dan lama sikit boleh sembang tanya khabar berita.. Almaklumlah balik ke kampung pun jarang juga, kalau balik pun jumpa org tua je.

Owh ye, this round was my brother's wedding.. Adik no 3.. If omputeh I'm not sure the right words to say older brother or younger brother but as long as he is your brother eh? 🙊 Hehe..

So there it goes again, a questions of child. Neither getting annoyed nor sad nor mad, I am happy there are people concerns about me. They politely asked sensitive question to me, and I am flattered and overwhelmed. Well, every question each different people asked, I am asking them for their du'as and thoughts to both of us.

I am happy when I am home in my hometown.

So husband request to me if we going back to my hometown please bring him to my extended relatives, yes there is so many aunties, uncles and cousins now expand to nephews and nieces.

As our family grew bigger in 'size' and sizing too.. Haha.. Kidding!

There is a place we rent for Homestay for my in laws to come this wedding. A very nice place of two rooms and very quite cheap too. Overall we are so satisfied. The owner too is kind and deliberate too.. So this part I will tell you another post.. Hihi.. Just knew after we checked out she is one of my mom's ex-colleague. So just happy to know and easier to book again.

Silent journey of fertility..

Assalamualaikum dan hai,

Alhamdulillah utk hari ni, bangun pagi masih lagi diberi nafas olehNya.

Pheww.. topik yang sangat rare! haha.. Bukan apa, untuk orang picisan macam saya yang masih lagi tak berapa nak khatam fasal fertility.

Just not it, there are thousands of symptoms, and for the worst about fertility. I'd try few products to enhance my fertility or to be exact to regulate menstruation.

Bukan semua orang sama dan bukan semua orang boleh terima methods yang sama dengan yang berjaya dan tak salah juga kalau nak mencuba.

At the moment, my surrounding and environment are stress-free about having a child. Nobody care to ask and nobody bother at all. Well, I think it's good, a time for develop your mindset straight with full of positive thinking. I am happy, as husband is happy too.

really not me la, to start something so serious!

Silent journey sebab,..

memang perlahan progress, losing some weight to pre-wed weight is something that most crucial thing to achieve! haha.. but I'd give it a try, losing naturally. Just don't know yet when to start work out! haha..

By now, it's already months that I consumed Vitex or agnus castus or chaste berry. At first I bought a bottle from one of TTC's member cause she had taking it for years and sell it too.

So, this Natures aid agnus castus is from UK, quite pricey as in pound! wee.. I took 2 capsules per day. Effects? rasa tu memang agak teruk la, jerawat keluar berkoyan,.. complexian of skins, mood swings at anytime.. semua simptom macam nak miss P datang.. haha.. Kesian la encik abang tu jadi mangsa!

Bila habis je bottle ni, nak kena cari lg, either need to buy from overseas or any supplier in here. Gelabah sekejap bila stok yang ada nak habis siap buat catuan lagi reduce to once daily.. haha..

After I did my surveys, end up I bought half dozen bottles of agnus castus online. and it's internationally again. phewss.. I bought a lot of stuff from overseas as it much cheaper include shipping yaw~

Ada masa tu sebab first time nak try sesuatu produk, kita try email dulu nak tau bahan-bahan yang dorg guna tu selamat tak? yang paling penting takdalah bendaing yang kita tak tahu yang mostly produk di M, contohla kan.. mengandungi kacip fatimah, manjakani tetiba ayat last ada dan lain-lain! haha..

Masa tu try jugakla sebab yakin orang melayu yang buat dan kena yakin jugakla insyaAllah bersih sebab nak buat jual orang makan dan berubat. Tapi jauh di benak jiwa raga ni ada jugak kemusykilan, tapi kalau korang tak tahu la kan, kalau saya memang tetiba "ching!" haha.. apa yang dorang bubuh lain lain tu?

Jadinya stop la produk atas sebab tak berapa nak sesuai jugak. Badan jadi overheated, sebab kena cheilitis manjang! Kita pun nak berjaga-jaga juga taknak lah bagi sakit bibir dan pecah-pecah.. seksa tau rasa dia! huhu..

Alhamdulillah dah masuk 2nd bottle, and about 3 bulan jugakla consume vitex ni. So far so good, 1st time it regulates my cycle naturally! haha.. start makan pun sebab nak betulkan cycle, if not the next steps is impossible to achieve tau.. (yang ini sendiri punya fikir, don't rush!)

Kalau nak tahu lebih lanjut boleh google, and I did surveys for quite a time before have courage to try it out. untuk personal reviews, it suits me well. And other things too.. haha.

Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri

Alhamdulillah, baru berkesempatan nak ucap selamat hari raya maaf zahir batin pada pembaca blog picisan ni. Semangat menulis yang kejap ada kejap hilang, hihi.

gambar raya kami tahun ni tak ada disebabkan kesibukan hari pertama kami buat open house bagi kawan-kawan sekerja cik suami yang tidak pulang berhari raya, persiapannya ala kadar saja. Baju pulak Malam raya baru siap.. *stress* bila agaknya nak improve sebulan awal siap agaknya? haha..

baru dua hari beraya sudah down with fever, sebelum ni encik suami yang down wth fever sebab kerja non-stop from monday to monday, for the whole Ramadhan. Syafakillah wahai husband, I am happy when he is happy doing his job, but I am not happy when he is sick but still want to go work. hmm.. I still can have anything in this world, but not the one who are rare, or most precious gift from Allah to me.

Day 5 of raya still demam with high fever, ke klinik la kita lagi. Demam viral is no good, tapi manusia kan, kalau tak bagi sakit tu mana nak ingat tuhan. kita redha sajalah.. Alhamdulillah hari ini much better,.
