Salam dan hai,

its very long time that I did not manage myself to keep blogging. In fact the only thing Im on mobile now.

More truth is 24/7 on mobile on the go. Sounds I am very busy look alike as businesswoman right?

hehe.. not really, the fact my no show was my commitment to my everday-sewingclass in action! yeaaahh..

It was my so last year solutions are successfully accomplished! hehe.. which I dont have any long list of new year solution.. eerr.. do you had one? anybody? *cricket sounds*

Well, I am doing Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia Level 1 (K-012-1) for Ladies Dressmaker.. sounds interesting right? yeaahh.. at first for the first timer to learn how to sewing in proper ways.. haha.. ladies, I need more time to practice okay, and its not easy at all! believe me..

so, my next blogpost is about sewing.. all right then..

Steamed fish

Salam dan hai,

Pardon. That I am always missing and appear for awhile and missing again! Pfftt.

I have two recipes actually that I owed you guys. I will share one by one for easier as reference, okay?

Today will be "Steamed Fish".

It was my yesterday's dish for lunch. And my husband like it soo much.. success isn't it? Tehee

Bahan/ Ingredients:

1) Fish - yellow tail/snapper or biasa guna siakap isn't it? But mine guna isi ikan
2) 1/2 onion, 4-5 garlics chopped, 1inch ginger, chopped.
3) 1 tbs sesame oil, 1 tbs soy sauce, 2 tbs fish sauce, 1 tbs vegetables oil and 1/2 tsp of white pepper/black pepper.
4) Add on such as celeries, tomatoes, spring onions, carrot and etc as you wanted.
5) 1 tsp of salt and sugar, 1tbs of lemon juice.

How to?

1) Mix all ingredients from no 2, 3 & 5.
2) Pour all ingredients onto the fish. Add no 4 for finishing.
3) Steam the fish when the set is ready. Around 15-20 mins depends on how much fish you put.

Salam dan hai,
I am so sorry for the silence. How I miss to blog and how I wish it easier not to be a TYPO!!!
so, my first ever anniversary was on october last year.. which was no celebration due husband is away.. and not celebrate a birthday too.. where his day was early this january.. hehe.. pity you hubs..
btw, we had the birthday bash for him as I, on behalf for my hubs to blow the candles! yiippiie yayyy.. togetherness with sister in law and atok (arif's grandfather)
this time my sis, Eqa was around.. as she had nothing to do that day.. she came over for day out only..
later Ill update about my last crazy trip with my BFF's..
